The Free plan costs nothing. Paid plans started in 2026 are 50% off for the first 3 months.

Internet connection charges are borne by the customer.

- Payment timing
The first month is charged at sign-up; subsequent months are charged automatically on each renewal date.
- Delivery
The service is available immediately after payment is completed.
- Cancellation and refunds
As a digital service, purchases cannot be returned.
You can cancel at any time from the dashboard. The plan remains active until the next renewal date; there are no pro-rated refunds.
- Requirements
A current version of a major browser and a Google account (Google Drive).
- Sales territory
Available to customers in Japan and abroad, except that paid plans are not offered to individual customers resident in the EU or the UK, because of local VAT rules for digital services (businesses may enter a VAT number at checkout).
If a subscription is started from an excluded region, it is cancelled and the payment refunded in full.
